Youth - Music

Each year Lions Clubs throughout Europe hold a music competition for a chosen instrument. The competition begins at district level (the south-east), where the winner will then go through to the multi-district judges (Great Britain and Ireland). The winner of this stage will then go through to Europe to compete on an international stage.

This year (2011-12) the specified instrument is Cello, and Battle & Villages Lions Club are looking for musicians who are grade 8 standard and under 23 years of age by 1 January 2012.
