Lions Projects

The International Association of Lions Clubs is a service organisation. Our motto used to be “We Serve”, but is now “Ordinary People – Amazing Things” showing what can happen when people come together to help out the community.

The types of service undertaken vary enormously from club to club. As well as practical ‘hands on’ service, it also includes raising money which is then distributed among deserving causes, in the local community, nationally, and internationally.

Please see below for a list of deserving causes that Battle & Villages Lions Club have supported during the Lions Year 2010-11 (July to June).
